At PastaVerse, we offer 1.5kg pasta dishes, perfect for sharing among up to four guests. Each dish features 500g of premium dry pasta, freshly prepared with the finest ingredients sourced from local suppliers and Italian farms, and cooked in pure spring water for an exceptional taste.

Our portions are generous, delivering authentic, bold flavours that make every meal a memorable experience.

Pasta Selection: Unless specified or upgraded, all dishes are made with premium spaghetti or linguine. Feel free to customise your dish to suit your preferences.

The Forbidden Singularity

In this realm, only a select few pastas exist. It is not complexity that defines them, but rather absolute precision—each detail is intentional, each ingredient is resonant, unmatched by any other. It's an understated marvel.

All dishes here are garnished exclusively with edible 24K gold leaf.

Red Rose Rhapsody

Linguine coated in a rich rose harissa sauce with turmeric butter and caramelised red and white onions, topped with 500g of tender pulled New Zealand lamb neck fillet (cooked slowly in oven for 3 hrs). Complemented by baby cauliflower, fire-roasted peppers, sweet candied jalapeños, and zesty Beldi preserved lemon. Garnished with crushed Murray River sea salt, a drizzle of sour cherry molasses, rose petal powder, and a touch of fresh mint.

The Ultimate Bolognese

Artisan Spaghetti alla Chitarra served with 500g of slow-cooked, tender Aberdeen Angus beef mince, complimented by a medley of sautéed mushrooms, organic carrots, celery and fire roasted peppers. Simmered to perfection in a smoky tomato and red wine reduction, infused with oregano, bay leaf and D.O.P San Marzano tomatoes. Finished with a balsamic glaze, smoked sea salt, and shavings of award-winning cave-aged cheddar, extra virgin olive oil peals and parsley.

Carbonara Pepper Storm

Our ultra smooth signature dish. Tender chicken fillets (800g), caramelized onions, and toasted pine nut butter, combined with a duo of aged Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano (P.D.O, aged 30 months plus), all melding in a luscious creamy sauce. Parsley, organic eggs, and organic black pepper electrify this dish. It's crowned with whole fermented green peppercorns and flecks of vintage Parmigiano Reggiano, aged 84 months.

Special Genovese D.O.P. basil pesto enriched with additional toasted pine nuts and intense organic extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by D.O.P Parmigiano-Reggiano, paired with ultra-organic oven-roasted cherry tomatoes from Sicily, and completed with an unbroken centerpiece of creamy burrata, Blackthorn Scottish sea salt flakes, basil extra virgin olive oil pearls and fresh basil .

Served over al dente linguine and enhanced with cayenne pepper and Aleppo pepper flakes. Finished with crumbled P.D.O. organic Greek feta cheese, fresh chives, and chilli extra virgin olive oil pearls.

Black Honeyfire

Spaghetti, paired with marinated chicken breast and chicken liver combination. Tossed in a smoky paprika and black garlic sour cream sauce with Japanese chilli oil, complemented by sweet babycorn, snow peas, and baby zucchini. Finished with grated 36 month Parmigiano Reggiano, a fiery Scotch bonnet hot honey drizzle and sprinkle of sumac.

Spaghetti paired with tender duck breast, chives, velvety aubergine cubes, artichoke hearts, and rehydrated figs. Tossed in a rich, heritage mascarpone lemon thyme sauce and elegantly finished with crispy fried shallots, a drizzle of truffle extra virgin olive oil, and a dusting of truffle powder.

Linguine with jumbo king prawns (500g) sautéed in sesame oil with spring onions, magetout, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms, and pak choi and pickled ginger . Gently simmered in a velvety BBQ teriyaki sauce enriched with coconut milk, savory spice and tahini. Finished with roasted wasabi sesame seeds, lemon zest. It's accompanied by crispy nori strips served in a separate container.

Salmon Vendetta

Wilted spinach, puréed capers, blistered cherry tomatoes and leeks in a vibrant dill pistachio pomegranate white wine sauce. Finished with pomegranate molasses drizzle, crushed pistachios, salmon pearls (caviar), and Fleur de Sel.

Whole blanched almond nuts, raisins, julienne carrots, and sweetcorn cooked in pure almond oil with cardamom and persian saffron threads. Encased in a rich satay sauce with extra peanut butter, lime juice, cubed pineapple pieces and oven roasted seedless red grapes. Garnished with toasted breadcrumbs, and fresh thai basil.
